1. Service Description

BookTranslatorHub ("the Service") provides AI-powered book translation for self-publishers. We translate uploaded manuscripts, generate KDP listing guides, and produce A+ content guides using artificial intelligence.

2. AI-Generated Translations

All translations are generated by AI (large language models). While we strive for high quality, AI translations may contain errors or inaccuracies. We recommend having a native speaker review the output before publishing. BookTranslatorHub is not a substitute for professional human translation for literary works requiring nuanced interpretation.

3. Acceptable Use

You may only upload content that you own or have the right to translate. You may not use the Service to:

• Translate content you do not hold copyright or translation rights for
• Generate illegal, harmful, or infringing content
• Reverse-engineer or resell the translation API

4. Payments & Refunds

Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Prices are displayed before checkout. Since translations are delivered digitally and immediately, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If the translation quality is significantly below expectations, contact us within 7 days.

5. Your Content

You retain full ownership of your uploaded manuscripts and translated outputs. We do not claim any rights to your content. Uploaded files are stored temporarily for processing and deleted within 30 days.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is." We are not liable for any damages arising from translation errors, publishing delays, or lost revenue due to inaccurate translations. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific translation.
